Terms of Service

1.What we provide

We offer two things.

• The free profile score. You give us a public LinkedIn profile URL and we return an automated score with suggested improvements. It is informational only, it is generated in part by automated systems, and it is not professional advice.
• The Rebuild, $299. A one-time service. We rewrite your profile and deliver one paste-ready document covering headline, About, experience, a banner and Featured plan, a settings checklist and a first-week plan. The Content Engine is an optional add-on at $100 that delivers a file of post structures, a voice file and prompts.

We deliver documents. We do not log into, post from, or otherwise access your LinkedIn account, and we will never ask you for your LinkedIn password. Applying the delivered copy to your profile is your responsibility.

2.Delivery

The Rebuild is delivered within 48 business hours of the moment you submit the onboarding form. If you added the Content Engine, it is delivered in the same window, alongside the rebuild. That is Monday to Friday, and it excludes weekends and public holidays in Spain, where our team is based. Paying does not start the clock, submitting the onboarding form does. If we cannot meet that window we will tell you and you may request a full refund.

3.Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included, and you have 14 days from delivery to request them. Revisions mean refinement of what we delivered against the brief you gave us. A change of direction, a new role, a new company or a new target audience after delivery is new work, not a revision.

4.Payment, refunds and your right to cancel

Prices are in US dollars and are payable in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

In practice that means:

• Before you submit the onboarding form: we have not started, so write to us and we will refund you in full.
• After you submit the onboarding form but before delivery: we will refund the portion of the work not yet performed, at our reasonable assessment.
• After delivery: no refund is due, because the service has been fully performed. Your remedy is the two included revision rounds.

If you believe we have not delivered what these terms describe, write to hi@8mkt.agency before raising a chargeback. We will look at it properly and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

5.What you are responsible for

• Giving us accurate information about yourself, your role and your business. We write from what you tell us.
• Making sure you have the right to give us any material you send, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Checking the delivered copy before you publish it. You decide what goes on your profile.
• If you use the free score on a profile that is not your own, you are responsible for doing so lawfully.

6.What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any particular result. That includes, but is not limited to, job offers, interviews, leads, clients, followers, impressions, search ranking on LinkedIn, or any specific increase in profile views. Results depend on your market, your offer and what you do after the rebuild. Any figures shown on our site describe our own or our clients' past results and are not a prediction of yours.

7.Independence from LinkedIn

LinkedIn Rebuilt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. We use the name only to describe what the service does. We are not responsible for changes LinkedIn makes to its platform, its algorithm or its terms, and we cannot restore or influence an account that LinkedIn restricts.

8.Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, the copy we write specifically for you is yours to use however you wish. The underlying templates, frameworks, rubrics, scoring method and post structures remain ours, and you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own profile and business.

We may reference the fact that we worked with you, and may show anonymised before and after examples of the work. If you would rather we did not, tell us at hi@8mkt.agency and we will not.

9.Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, including a consumer's statutory rights.

Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or opportunity.

10.Suspending or refusing service

We may decline or cancel an order and refund you if the work would require us to write something misleading or unlawful, if the request is abusive, or if we cannot reasonably deliver it. The free score is rate limited and any single profile can be scored a limited number of times.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and the courts of Barcelona, Spain have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
